刚刚从槟城回家,第一件做的事情就是写电邮去投诉他们的服务,我真的无法想象为什么一间五星级酒店的服务可以这么差劲。真的感到有点失望。

Hi there,
I would like to share my bad experience in your hotel, I don't put this as a complaint as i look forward your advise.
First, i would like to inform you that i checked in to your hotel at 08/01/2011 and checked out today morning.
I would put in point form to share what i experience in your hotel and look forward your advise, thanks.
1) The checked in time for your hotel is 2.00p.m. but when i reach your hotel about 2.10p.m. yesterday, i was informed that one of my room(city view room) was not ready yet because it is still under occupied by somebody. So, i have to change my room type to sea view room.
2) The time when i made a reservation, i was being informed that my hotel rate will be RM 210++(for sea view) and RM 195++(for city view), however, when i checked in yesterday, i only being informed that the hotel rate is RM 210++(for city view) and RM 220++(for sea view). I was shocked because i only get the noticed at the time, it like forced me to accept your rate because i got no time to search for another hotel.
3) The checked in procedure cause me about half an hour, i really cannot accept this kind of your 5 stars service as that time only me making the checking in procedure.
4) I would like to extend my checked out time for today but your colleague informed me that i only can extend for one room to 1pm, i think this is quite unacceptable as we are staying in 3 different room.
